Are you a TRAVEL ENTHUSIAST with experience in ACCOUNT managing? THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU!
We're seeking an experienced account manager to join our dynamic team at Allways Dive Expeditions'. This part-time role is based in Elsternwick, Victoria and will play a vital part in coordinating and delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Managing our backoffice account system including performing any account related tasks i.e. reconcilliation, balancing, calendars, creditors, etc.
• Managing our travel management platform including file closure, balancing, passengers’ payment allocation, etc.
• Organising forex payment to oversea suppliers and domestic suppliers, this include perform invoice checking, coordinating with our travel agents, issuing confirmation receipt etc.
• Process payrolls and subcontractor invoices
• Process office related invoices and payment
• Organise commission breakdowns and process commission payment for travel agent
• Organise commission breakdowns and process commission payment for clients
• Process customers refund
• Managing all Xero reconcilliation, bank transactions etc.
• Monitoring bank accounts for unsual activities
• Assiting new employees with paperwork, payroll, super, etc.
• Assisting customers on the phone with account related inquiries

What we're looking for

• A relevant bookkeeping/accounting qualification
• A forensic attention to accuracy
• Willing to learn and adapt to our backoffice account platform
• High level of bookkeping/accounts/reconcilliation experience for at least 3 years
• Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office
• A positive and confident approach and great customer service
• Able to maintain and build relationships in person, email and over the phone
• Fun, active and a team player
• Minimum availability of 3 days a week for 15 hours. 9am-2pm
