About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outbound Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. Your primary focus will be cold calling, social media outreach, and other outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities for our client’s new software. The Platform helps organisations in high-risk industries (such as Food & Beverage, Services, and Engineering) manage and prevent significant risks, and we need someone who can clearly communicate its value to potential clients.

HUNTER-MENTALITY IS ESSENTIAL

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys solving customer challenges, and can adapt to different sales situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling and social media outreach to generate new leads.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, particularly in Food & Beverage, Services, and Engineering industries.
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our Platform.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective clients.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Use CRM systems and AI Sales Enablement tools to track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Understanding of WHS is a must.
  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of generating sales leads and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with cold calling and social media outreach.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
