We are recruiting an Earthworks Supervisor for a privately owned main contractor who deliver civil works to the mining and civil industries throughout the Pilbara region.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and overseeing onsite project teams, the successful applicant will be responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of workers on site to ensure that technical and quality standards are achieved safely. This role will cover a wide range of project scopes including organising materials, allocating labour and scheduling.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience within civil, earthworks, and/or mining operations
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and manage various work crews simultaneously
• Experience in coordination of scheduling and allocation of labour, plant, equipment and materials for all projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• RTIO current inductions highly preferred
