At Emu Coatings, we’re all about quality, teamwork, and growth! Backed by over 15 years of experience, we’re expanding and looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to join our crew. We provide top-tier 2-pack paint to the joinery and cabinet making industry across South East Queensland, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

Located in Capalaba, this full-time position offers a 38-hour week, and we guarantee you’ll be part of an energetic and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepping, sanding and priming—think of it as the foundation for something awesome
• Keeping the workspace squeaky clean and tools in tip-top shape
• Loading and unloading cabinet panels—perfect for staying active!
• Working to a busy schedule with the support of an experienced team.
• With experience, you’ll be sealing, spraying and operating machinery.
• Full training provided—we’re here to set you up for success!

Who We’re Looking For:

• A punctual, reliable, and hardworking individual who loves to get stuck in
• Previous experience as a Trade Assistant or 2 Pack Spray Painter within the trades industry
• Someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for doing things right
• A commitment to Workplace Health & Safety—safety always comes first in our mob!
• A team player who takes pride in their work—and loves to have fun along the way!
• Manual driver’s license is a plus, but not essential!
