About the Roles:

Carpenters:

• All aspects of commercial carpentry – framing, cladding, fix-outs, doors, and fit-outs
• Reading and interpreting commercial construction plans
• Working alongside project managers and site supervisors

Trades Assistants:

• Assisting carpenters and site teams
• General site labouring and material handling
• Basic tool use and equipment operation
• Ensuring worksites remain safe and tidy

What You Need to Succeed:

• Carpenters – Trade qualified with experience in commercial construction
• Trades Assistants – Site experience preferred
• White Card (construction industry)
• Own tools (for carpenters) and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship
