Transcend Workforce are seeking a Production Operator with a Forklift Licence to work with one of our clients in rubber manufacturing.

About the role:

• Located in Bayswater
• AM Shift 6:00am - 2:00pm
• PM shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Paid meal breaks!

This position requires strenuous manual tasks, including lifting, pulling, and cutting. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding duties that require strength.

Full Job Description

• Operating large scale manufacturing machinery safely to specified standards.
• Mixing carbon blacks and synthetics to create rubber compounds.
• Performing basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Load and unload trucks when required.

About you

• Forklift licence is helpful in this role but not a deal breaker.
• Ability to work in fast paced work environments with a strong work ethic.
• Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Great communicator
