We’re excited to announce that our brand-new, food-grade powder blending plant, Findlay Food Coatings Asia Pacific (FFCAP), is nearing completion in Truganina, Melbourne. As part of the Walter Findlay Ltd group, FFCAP is focused on producing high-quality dry ingredient blends, and we are now accepting applications for Production Operators and Storemen.

About the Plant:
Since 2002, Walter Findlay has been delivering premium coating systems and dry ingredient blends across New Zealand , Australia and the United States. Our new FFCAP plant in Melbourne is an exciting expansion, dedicated to maintaining our high-quality standards and fostering a team-centered environment that emphasizes food, family, and community.

Positions Available:
We’re hiring for Production Operators and Store Person for the following shifts:

• Monday to Friday (Morning shift only)
• Exact hours and weekly total to be advised (may exceed 38 hours per week).

• Shift Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate and monitor advanced machinery.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Essential Criteria:

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical.
• Competence in basic math.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Enthusiasm and energy for the role.
• Current LF Forklift License.
• Adhere to the company’s Vision and Mission Values (Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & Community)
• Adhere to company Health & Safety programs and policies

Desirable Criteria:

• HR Truck License.
• A background in Health & Safety.
• Basic computer skills.
