PRODUCTION LEVEL 3A AND PRODUCTION LEVEL 3B (Machine Operator)

Join the Tibaldi team as a Production Level 3A or Production Level 3B (Machine Operator) based in Clayton, Victoria on either the day or afternoon shift. Full time, Part time and Casual positions are available.

Your Story

As a Production team member at Tibaldi you will be part of the Operations team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:

• Bringing your hands-on approach to everything you do
• Participating in job rotation and onsite training
• Working in several different types of processing areas

Production Level 3A ‘Indicative Tasks and Duties’ include:

• Skilled operator with the ability to perform Production Level 1, 2 and 3A duties without supervision.
• Carton assembly/ packing / palletizing .
• Product weighing, labelling .
• Conduct in process checks against SOP .
• Basic operation of machinery and equipment under supervision .
• Container loading / unloading .
• Pallet wrapping and labelling .
• Stock scanning and ISIS and iLeader (or similar software) procedures and data entry.
• General production duties .

Production Level 3B ‘Indicative Tasks and Duties’ include:

• Senior skilled operator with the ability to perform Level 1, 2, 3A and 3B duties and multi-skilled jobs using a range of machinery and equipment without supervision.
• Assist Production Team Leader and Supervisor to train lower-level Employees on use of particular machinery and equipment.
• Container loading / unloading.
• Pallet wrapping and labelling.
• Stock scanning and ISIS and iLeader (or similar software) procedures and data entry.
• Stocktake processes.
• General production duties.

The Tibaldi Enterprise Agreement 2023 will cover your employment for this position.

When we work:

Day Shift 6:00am to 14:36pm

Afternoon Shift 14:36pm to 23:12pm

Our casual hourly rates (casual loading inclusive) of pay are:

Production Level 3A: Day Shift $30.75 per hour

Production Level 3B: Day Shift $31.47 per hour

Afternoon Shift Loading of 15% when working Afternoon Shift.
