We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our inbound call centre team in Dandenong South.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the customer service team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Inbound call centre environment
• Providing high quality customer service to internal and external clients
• Accurately input customer orders into the system
• Notify clients of changes in items, availability of products and out-of-stock products
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times
• Compile daily driver delivery paperwork
• Liaise with Warehouse and Transport departments to process additional orders
• Processing credits and invoices to customers
• General customer service and administration duties as required

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:

• Previous customer service experience in an inbound call centre environment
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Sound numeracy skills
• Available long term on either a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern
