We are excited to welcome recent new graduate and early career Clinicians to apply for our Occupational Therapy Program in our South/West Brisbane region.
Our OT new grad program supports you in gaining an insight into a diverse range of care; from assessment and early intervention with children & adults, FCAs, home mods, assistive technology, online health options and so much more - we love supporting our Clinicians to find their areas of interest!

Key New Graduate Program Offerings at Gen Physio:Base Salary: $80,000Package incl 11.5% super: $89,200

Supervision & Team Meetings

• 6-week onboarding plan - learn the essentials with an interactive and well-paced onboarding process.
• Supervision - 1:1 weekly Supervision with our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors for as long as you need whilst you get settled into your role - support in your caseload each step of the way.
• Team discipline specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio OT team to support you through complex cases, and group learning opportunities with industry leading professionals
• Regular skills assessments to gradually build your caseload based on your learning/interests
• MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.

What we need you to have upon graduation:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapist & AHPRA registration
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
• Current driver's license
• Ability to legally work in Australia
