Your Role:

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Manage a diverse NDIS caseload, tailored specifically to your professional goals and the types of clients you’re passionate about supporting, all with ongoing support and guidance.
• Conduct face-to-face client therapy sessions and assessments.
• Write comprehensive reports and develop therapeutic resources.
• Liaise effectively with clients’ care teams, including families and support workers.
• Provide direction and training to support staff and caregivers.
• Engage in regular supervision and mentorship sessions with an experienced OT.
• Set personal and professional goals collaboratively, enhancing your career path.
• Participate actively in service improvement initiatives, both in the office and out in the community.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or nearing completion).
• Current registration (or eligibility to register) with AHPRA.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Passion for working within the disability sector (NDIS).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
