AusProof is a family-owned company and are world leaders in coupler research, development and design since 1974. Our product range of electrical cable couplers and components are used in underground and open-cut coal, metalliferous mines and tunnel excavation projects. Couplers are designed in Australia with all components manufactured in Gladstone.

About the job

Stores perform tasks that are necessary to the production process. They aid in the picking, issuing and assigning of component parts and products. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements. Daily tasks can include:

• Receive goods.
• Assign serial numbers.
• Pick items from job traveller.
• Deliver orders to Assembly team once complete.
• Perform inventory transfer using corporate software.
• Move stock.
• Perform cell counts/stock takes.
• Perform MES auto job closing daily.
• Follow Stores PQP.

Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Works to specified procedures.
• Prioritisation of duties and time management.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Some manual labour is necessary.
• Forklift license is desirable but not essential.

This is a casual position, working full time hours 6:00am - 3:00pm with every second Friday as an RDO.
