Mergent Group is seeking skilled and qualified Truck Body Builders Fabricator, and Leading Hand with at least Two years of experience in welding and fabrication (light to medium gauge).
Job Details:

• Immediate start after interview & registration
• Temp-to-perm positions after 26 weeks
• Casual rate (TFN): $45.00 per hour + super
• Overtime: Paid after 8 hours per day & 38 hours per week
• Ongoing opportunities with career progression

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Truck Body / Trailer Welders & Fabricators who can deliver quality work
• Proficiency in MIG welding (essential), TIG welding preferred
• Skills in mild steel fabrication, structural work, and maintenance
• Ability to read plans, work in a team, and meet deadlines
• Commitment to high-quality finishes
• Strong communication skills, common sense, and a good sense of humour
• Must have full PPE, including a welder’s helmet & basic tools
