Full training for this role is provided - you must be able to travel to Brisbane for some of this.

Role
As the Showroom Sales Manager, you’ll lead by example, motivating and coaching your team to convert leads into high-value sales. Shape the future of your showroom by empowering a high-performing team, driving sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences!
Your day-to-day will include:
- Hosting dynamic training sessions to ensure your team stays ahead of the game
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute innovative in-store promotions
- Driving team performance to exceed sales and KPI targets
- Full store level financial management
- Ongoing sales and product training
- Sales reporting and presenting figures at management meetings
You
You must have prior experience managing a fast paced, high performing team, preferably within the home improvement or luxury goods space. Known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and have a knack for building excitement, not only for your staff, but also your customers.
Other attributes include:
- A hunter who is target driven
- Coachable with a desire to learn
- You love retail and all its nuances!
- Strong knowledge of Retail sales processes and B2C sales, preferably within the home improvement or luxury goods space
- Strong closing ability
- Working under pressure to meet deadlines is one of your strengths
- Minimum 4 years managing people in a Retail setting
- You have a hands-on approach and love interacting with customers
- Creative flair, outgoing personality and drive to succeed
