Your Role:

As a Sales Representative - Custom Paint Specialist, you must possess automotive paint skills and knowledge. Develop your skills with custom paints. Your responsibilities will include:

• Grow customer sales through existing distributors
• Appoint new distributors
• Find new distribution channels
• Provide technical paint support and expert advice
• Engage in various custom paint disciplines, including automotive refinish, restoration, boats, commercial, architectural, and more.

Requirements:

For this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven sales history
• Stable employment history
• Take pride in your work
• Technical knowledge of automotive paints is essential
• Passion for all things custom and cool
• Automotive painting skills and knowledge
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Ability to self-manage customers and yourself
• Strong desire to succeed
• Prepared to work efficiently and go that little bit extra
