About the role

Cooper & Oxley is seeking an experienced Construction Labourer to join our team in Perth, WA. As a full-time employee, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, providing valuable support to our skilled tradespeople and contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

• Moving and handling materials, tools, and equipment on construction sites
• Preparing work areas and cleaning up at the end of each day
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall productivity of the project

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a construction labourer or similar role
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and a demonstrated understanding of construction site safety practices
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
