About the role

Hutchinson Civil Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Civil Construction Labourers and Multi Skilled Plant Operators to join our growing team in Albury, NSW. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of key infrastructure projects within the region. Immediate start available

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of labouring duties on civil construction sites, including preparing sites, operating machinery, and assisting with the installation of infrastructure
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Collaborating with the wider construction team to achieve project milestones
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a labouring or construction role, preferably within the civil or infrastructure sector
• Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Valid driver's licence and construction industry induction (White Card) essential
• HR Drivers Licence and some experience on excavators or positracks desirable
