Are you an experienced finance professional seeking a flexible, part-time role in a warm and welcoming environment? Do you love using your skills in Xero and financial reporting to help a business grow? Our client, a boutique retail wholesaler, is looking for a Finance Officer to support its growing business. This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can take ownership of finance processes, work closely with the Director, and contribute to the business's successβ€”all while enjoying the flexibility you need.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Accounts receivable & payable – keeping things running smoothly
Invoicing, reconciliations & reporting – monthly, statutory & stock lines
Payroll processing – ensuring accuracy & efficiency
Purchase orders & sales order processing – keeping on top of transactions
Cash flow management, budgeting & financial analysis – adding real value
Financial reporting & process improvement – helping the business grow
Collaborating with the Director – contributing ideas & strategies

Strong experience with Xero or MYOB
Excellent communication skills – professional, friendly & clear
