The Role:
Our Admin Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, providing expertise in finance, marketing, administration and human resources, acting as a key figure within the organization. The Admin Manager will be a key force behind our companies continuous growth. We’re after an all-rounder who knows how to get things done!
- Managing day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring other staff members have all the right support, to do what they do best!
- Staff management – ensuring staff are working efficiently, HR matters (onboarding, hiring, complaints, etc.)
- Administration duties – office management, records, phones, emails, appointments, equipment upkeep etc.
- Financial – Bookkeeping, accounts receivable, budgets, profitability etc.
- Marketing – Promotion, advertising etc.
Key Requirements:
- A diploma/degree in business management, health administration or a related field.
- Office/Admin management (Dental industry preferred, however, not essential)
- Must have impeccable time management skills and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication both written and verbal
- Staff Management experience
