Office Manager/ Accounts Administration - Mullumbimby Golf Club

The Role

Are you an experienced Accounts Administration or Office Manager looking for a casual or permanent part time role in the vibrant town of Mullumbimby, NSW? Mullumbimby Golf Club are seeking such an individual to join our small team in Office/Administration. This is a role that can be quite flexible but all hours will be on site.

We would be looking for between 15 to 30 hours depending on skill set and your position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing general accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Preparation of financial reports and reconciliations
  • Membership administration
  • Handling cash, banking, and petty cash duties
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining organised filing systems, online cloud based filing and data entry
  • Completing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Providing payroll to 15 or less employees and all administrative tasks in the Club

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in accounts administration or similar role, ideally within the hospitality or club industry
  • Experience in MYOB business management software
  • Experience in SwiftPos (Preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in a staff workforce software such as Deputy ( Preferred but not Essential)
  • Solid understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles
  • Dealing with insurance matters
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload and to time manage

  • RSA card
  • RCG card
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Some golf knowledge
