A leading multinational company specialising in electronic security systems, mobile access, and physical access control solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the adoption of Mobile Access technology.

In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives to acquire new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and position our solutions as the preferred choice for the Top 150 private enterprises across various industries in ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow mobile access sales and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive research.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver client seminars and educational sessions to highlight the value of future technologies.
  • Promote the adoption of mobile access solutions by acting as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to drive project success and seamless technology transitions.
  • Support marketing teams in crafting targeted messaging, collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Monitor performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and client engagement, and report findings to leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in mobile access, SaaS offerings, or digital technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success in executing business strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of mobile access technologies, industry trends, and key players.
  • Strong initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary Package: $140K-$150K Base (OTE $200K-$220K)
