Key Responsibilities

As a Barista & All-Rounder at Caramel Cafe, you will be integral to our front-of-house operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Get ready to make over three hundred new friends
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffees, teas, and other drinks
• Setting up the café for service, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
• Providing warm, bubbly customer service
• Handling orders and processing payments
• Must have vehicle to get to work

• Proven ability to multitask and remain calm during high-volume service periods
• Able to commit to 30 hours per week
