  • Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • As our Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Facility Operations Management: Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Building Systems Oversight: Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage external service providers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective facility services.
  • Service Request Management: Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly to maintain a seamless work environment.
  • Inventory & Resource Management: Keep track of supplies, equipment, and resources to prevent shortages and inefficiencies.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure facilities meet all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Support energy-saving measures and sustainability efforts within the facility.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software (preferred).
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach.
