As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in shaping our marketing campaigns, driving member engagement, and strengthening our connection with the Wagga community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Create engaging content across social media, email, SMS, and print platforms
• Contribute to community-focused initiatives and membership engagement programs
• Provide in-house graphic design support (if skilled in design software)
• Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews and inquiries
• Help maintain the Club’s website and improve SEO
• Analyse marketing trends and data to inform strategy
• Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity

What We’re Looking For

• A Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience in marketing, digital content creation, or advertising
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management and email marketing
• Bonus points if you have experience with Impact Data, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
