Audrey Fine Art is a dynamic and growing art space dedicated to showcasing contemporary and emerging artists. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about art, marketing, and brand storytelling.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will help build brand awareness, promote exhibitions, and engage with our audience across digital platforms. You will assist with social media content creation, email marketing, and exhibition campaigns while maintaining the gallery’s brand voice. The role also includes some basic admin work to support the marketing and gallery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing: Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, visuals, and video content that aligns with our brand voice
• Email Marketing: Assist with designing and sending newsletters to promote exhibitions and artists
• Brand Awareness: Help grow the gallery’s online presence and audience engagement
• Exhibition Campaigns: Support the promotion of upcoming shows, including artist features and event marketing
• Artist Awareness: Work on initiatives to highlight artists and their work
• Basic Admin Work: Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks as needed. Willing to learn basic software such as Shopify.
• Design Support: Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to create marketing materials

Who You Are:

• Passionate about art and marketing
• A creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Experienced with social media and content creation
• Confident in writing engaging marketing copy that reflects a brand’s voice
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator (or willing to learn)
• Highly organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• With 1 year + experience in a similar role or in marketing.
