Core Talent are currently recruiting for a highly reputable QLD builder who deliver multi res developments, due to the amount of projects they have recently been awarded they are looking for a Project Manager to join their already thriving team. This builder has a strong pipeline of local Brisbane projects, they also have a strong presence in Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Role:

• Project delivery strategy
• Stakeholder management
• Management of full site team including SM, CA, HSEQ and engineer
• Programming of project
• Financial project reports
• Management of sub-contractors
• Reporting into Construction Manager

Experience:

• MUST have recent multi res experience, project over 10 storeys
• Strong background and tenures with reputable builders in a similar sector
• Strong understanding of building code, construction law and HSEQ standards
• Completed projects from inception to completion
