Grow Master Traralgon is an Award winning Garden Centre in the Latrobe Valley.

Grow Master Traralgon is a long standing business for over 38 years, with a combined Horticulture knowledge base of over 100 years plus.

We have a Nursery, Gift Shop, and Garden Supply Yard. Selling everything for your garden, gift and homewares.

We are located in picturesque regional Victoria, 2 hours out of Melbourne.

About the role

The role will include (but not limited to) serving customers, merchandising, detailing stock, answering phones, general operations of the nursery and possible tractor work and Truck deliveries

MUST be able to work a rotating roster including some weekends.

Working as part of a team, as well as independently unsupervised from time to time.

A willingness to get your hands dirty, we work in all weather, rain hail or shine.

Commitment to making every customer experience a memorable one, and ability to develop strong customer relationships.

Skills and experience

Exceptional customer service skills/people person.

Hands on experience is very desirable.

Energetic and self motivated

Passion for all things gardening, landscape and horticulture.

Moderate to high level of fitness is required, which is necessary to receive and merchandise stock.
