About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of four marketing professionals, driving strategies that enhance our client's brand and industry presence. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and major projects such as the extensive product catalogue and annual Christmas video. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who values meaningful projects and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. You will be given the trust and autonomy to implement new ideas while working closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver innovative marketing initiatives. About You

You are an experienced marketing professional with at least five years in the field and proven leadership skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your expertise spans digital marketing, content creation, and strategic planning. You are confident using tools like Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, and Canva, and you understand the importance of maintaining a consistent brand voice. Most importantly, you are a people-first leader who can support, challenge, and develop your team while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. You value career growth, meaningful work, and the opportunity to lead a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
