We are now seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, secure new business, and build long-term relationships with real estate agents and other key industry players.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be engaging real estate agents to secure new styling projects and partnerships. You’ll be responsible for cold outreach, networking, and setting up meetings to showcase our services. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Your success will be measured by KPIs, including new contacts made, meetings booked, deals closed, and recurring business secured.
This is a Temp to Perm role, meaning that outstanding performance during the initial period will lead to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Proactively reach out to real estate agents to introduce our styling services.
✅ Cold call, email, and network to generate new leads and business opportunities.
✅ Book and attend meetings (in person or virtually) to pitch our services.
✅ Close deals and establish long-term partnerships with agents and agencies.
✅ Use existing databases and identify new target leads for business growth.
✅ Develop and execute EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns to attract recurring customers.
✅ Create compelling offers and promotions that drive new business.
✅ Meet and exceed KPIs related to sales, outreach, and client retention.
✅ Track and manage leads in a CRM system, ensuring follow-ups and conversions.
✅ Work remotely or from our office base, depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
Travel required for client meetings—mileage reimbursement provided - A highly motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on sales and business development.
- An excellent communicator and negotiator, comfortable with cold outreach.
- Organized and strategic, with a focus on building long-term business relationships.
- Creative and analytical, able to generate marketing offers that attract clients.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate is preferred but not essential.
