Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marine Mechanic to help us deliver top-tier service and maintenance to our customers. You will play an integral role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of marine engines and equipment. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a relaxed yet productive environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on marine engines and vessels.
• Work on a range of boat types including recreational, fishing, and commercial vessels.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure the safety and performance of marine engines.
• Provide excellent customer service and offer expert advice on boat maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marine technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Marine Mechanic or Equivalent (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of marine engines and equipment is preferable
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license (boat license is a plus).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
