🎯 About the Role:
As a Client Experience Team member, you'll be responsible for:
- Client Nurturing - Ensuring that our clients have an incredible experience each time they attend our clinic, or have a session with our team, supporting their ongoing care through rebooking and cancellation processes.
- Clinic Flow - Creating a calm and welcoming clinic space for our clients, families and team to enjoy.
- Supporting of the Zoe Team – Ensuring that the practitioner team are well supported so that they can create amazing outcomes for our clients.
- Efficiency on Reception – Delivering an ‘above and beyond’ service with efficiency and style, following our systems and procedures, delivering with care and consistency.
