Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance on our engineering product range
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, emails, live chat and face-to-face interactions.
- Process orders and create detailed quotes
- Work alongside senior engineers on complex technical queries
- Contribute to product documentation and website content
