Qualifications & experience

  • At least 2 years in a similar field.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
  • Highly self organised and has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires 2 days a week in NSW retail stores conducting merchandising and product training for handbag brand Hedgren. 1 day a week in office assisting Hedgren in administration.

Working hours is 8am to 4:30pm.

Office location: Prestons

Merchandising Brand Ambassador tasks:

  • Merchandising NSW department stores and independent retailers
  • Build strong relationships with managers and key staff
  • Impart product and brand training to staff and buyers
  • Submit daily reports to sales manager
  • Attend sales meetings and present seasonal collections to buyers when required. Obtain orders.
  • Assist with new store set ups and fixture removal/relocation

Office Administration tasks:

  • Processing EDI orders, SAP administration, Shopify account management, updating various customer online portal accounts and thorough internal stock management
  • Assist in processing returns, claims, invoicing and customer service enquiries
  • Provide administration support to sales, accounts and marketing team
  • Coordinate shipping orders and deliveries with overseas and arranging freight
  • Daily reporting using your intermediate experience in excel
