Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry?

We have a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity available for a highly motivated Production Planner - Graduate who is looking to kickstart their career and join our Afternoon Shift Team.

As a Production Planner Graduate, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between different departments according to our daily and weekly production machine schedules.

You will receive mentoring, on the job training and regular support from a highly experienced Production Planning Team.

About the Role

• Daily scheduling of all machines on site (due dates and customer requirements)
• Daily reporting on all orders (planning report)
• Regular liaison with customer service, despatch and sales departments
• Participation in daily Production and Service meetings
• Understand and comply with WHS, quality and safe work instructions
• Support Management as required with training, project work and ad hoc tasks
• Regular liaison with other departments across the business

What We Are Looking For

• Tertiary qualification - Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• High level of computer literacy skills
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Available to work full-time Afternoon Shift - 2pm to 10pm
