Witzer is a revolutionary payment platform initially focused on the construction industry, with ambitions to move into other markets as we expand. With secured funding and aggressive growth plans to be delivered nationwide and a long-term view to go international, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time role based out of our Fortitude Valley offices and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing our comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth:

• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
• Managing a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives
• Analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor information to inform strategic marketing decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing approach

Role specific skills and requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and act on marketing performance data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social media platforms
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
