Kwaliteit Constructions are looking for a part time Office Admin to join the team!

We're a Melbourne based building company striving for the highest level of quality. With a focus on high end detail, we specialise in extensions and renovations around the inner suburbs. We are a young construction company driven by the goal to deliver a quality building experience from start to finish.

There is an exciting opportunity for a part time Office Admin with fantastic pay and benefits. This position is office based from Port Melbourne, two to three days a week depending on the right candidate.

The role includes these responsibilities...

The Office Admin provides operational, administrative and accounting support to the Office Manager and the Director to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

Finance support:

  • Complete weekly payroll processes
  • Monitor the accounts inbox
  • Input invoices into finance systems
  • Pay invoices and statements

General admin support:

  • Daily site progress reporting
  • WorkCover and LeavePlus reporting
  • Update employee details and contracts
  • Ad hoc construction admin support to the Office Manager

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Great communication skills to liaise with the team, clients, trades and suppliers
  • Finance experience including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable is preferred but not required
  • Availability to work in the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7.30am to 3.30pm
  • Applicants for this position must have Australian residency or a valid Australian work visa
