Location: Canberra or Brisbane (Hybrid - Minimum 1 day in office)
Start Date: 31 March 2025

End Date: 30 June 2026 (Possible 12-month extension)
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 + 11.5% super (increasing to 12% from 23 June 2025)
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Eligibility: Australian Citizenship required | Police Check required

What You'll Do:

• Case Management: Work with program participants to ensure smooth compliance with the program's requirements.

• Decision-Making: Apply policies and best practices to make informed recommendations.
• Communication & Reporting: Draft briefs, reports, correspondence, and other key documents.
• Process Improvement: Monitor workflows, identify efficiencies, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.

• Experience in case management or program implementation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to apply good judgment in policy and program decision-making.
• Organizational and time management skills to juggle priorities and deadlines.
