About the Role

This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency of our operations, the success of our five brokers, and the ongoing satisfaction of our clients.

As the Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the existing support team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Enhance client retention strategies, ensuring a seamless client experience
• Conduct systems analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Oversee settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency and business operations
• Help maintain strong relationships with referral partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration between businesses

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• 2+ years in a similar broker support role
• A proactive, change-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• A background in finance, mortgage broking, or financial services operations
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to enhancing client experience and operational efficiency
• Strong time management skills (this is paramount)
• The ability to prioritise and maintain key relationships with referral partners
