We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Cultural Exchange Project Coordinator to lead exciting programs that bring people together from our multicultural community. In this role, you’ll develop and coordinate meaningful activities that promote cross-cultural understanding, celebration, and learning.

Key Selection Criteria

• Certificate IV level or higher in Community Services or similar, or a minimum 2 years’ experience in community services in a non-profit environment.
• Demonstrated project, coordination, planning, and decision making
• Demonstrated experience in working within the community or community groups /members
• Highly recommended - experience working within the CALD community
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong communication skills including critical thinking and problem solving, negotiation and conflict management
• Sound IT skills, Microsoft, outlook etc
• Hold current driver’s license and be willing to undertake travel if necessary
