The Role: Learn to Swim (LTS) Coordinator

As an Aquatic Program Coordinator, you will:

• Lead and grow your swim school
• Develop a strong team
• Drive program expansion and customer experience
• Run team meetings and provide mentorship
• Implement creative strategies to enhance programs
• Work closely with leadership to develop best practices
• Receive marketing and operational support for customer retention and growth

This role is perfect for someone looking to blend leadership, innovation, and hands-on management in a supportive and professional environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Energetic & Enthusiastic – Passionate about swimming and leadership
✔️ Growth-Minded – Always looking for ways to improve and expand
✔️ A People Leader – Able to build strong relationships with customers and staff
✔️ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using computer systems to manage the swim school
✔️ Experienced in Teaching – At least 2 years of Learn to Swim Team Leading
