A leading Australian-owned Property Developer with a strong pipeline of projects and a fantastic culture with a focus on community and great training and development on offer.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join the team and sell new homes off the plan. At least 12 months experience in a similar role within the industry working for a Developer, Property agency or Home Builder is essential as we are looking to fast track you to a Sales Consultant and your involvement in the sales process is greater.

The Position
You will be based onsite at a beautifully appointed Sales display centre at a housing development in Melbourne’s Northern growth corridor. Under the guidance and support of a Senior Sales Consultant, you will provide sales and administrative support to ensure an excellent customer experience and achieve sales targets for the project. Typical daily duties include appointments with customers and guiding them through the homes for sales and various upgrades and colour selections available, reporting and maintaining the CRM/database, liaising and collaborating with other internal personnel, forming relationships with builders, and developing ongoing knowledge of the development, industry and competitors.

About You
A current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate/Certificate IV Real Estate or the equivalent is a pre-requisite for this role, as is the ability to work 5 days a week including Saturdays & Sundays.

We are also looking for collaborative team players, a strong customer service focus, strong communication skills, professional presentation and strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and CRM. You must be an experienced Sales Associate able to work independently in a senior level Sales Associate role.
