The Role
An Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth management of various tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing CEO's calendar: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Travel arrangements: Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Meeting agendas: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Stakeholder communication: Handling correspondence and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Diary management: Organising and prioritizing the CEO's busy schedule.
- Event coordination: Supporting with logistics for key events and conferences.
- Document preparation: Drafting and reviewing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving: Managing unexpected challenges with quick and effective solutions.
- General administrative support: Providing operational support for the CEO as needed
