The Company:
A trusted and respected IT Managed Service Provider based in The Hills District (North West Sydney), dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions and exceptional service to their diverse clients.

The Position:
We are seeking a dedicated Level 1-2 Support Engineer to join a high performing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing IT support, maintaining infrastructure, and embracing opportunities for professional growth. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining cybersecurity standards, and supporting end users efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and effective support to end users, ensuring their IT issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Oversee infrastructure and server maintenance to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 services, optimising for user experience and security.
  • Uphold cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards in all tasks.
  • Contribute to implementation projects, particularly those focused on cyber protection and infrastructure enhancement.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary Education, or relevant industry qualifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level 1 support engineer.
  • Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
  • Strong proficiency in configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 products and solutions.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and develop both technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work between 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • A full driver's license is required, and having your own vehicle is preferred.

Salary Package: $70,000 Base + Superannuation
