About the role

In this Bid Coordinator role, you will be working on commercial Projects that range between $2m - $35m and be responsible for the following;

• Coordination/program management of the tender submission from start to finish.
• Adequately putting in the correct information in for tenders.
• Social procurement
• Liaising with the clients if there are RFI’s from estimating/construction delivery team.
• Following up on internal team in the company to get all the required information.
• Programming the tender and communicating it with internal stakeholders
• Ensuring the tender is presented in a professional manner

About you

• Ideally have 3+ years of commercial Bid Coordinator experience
• Have a high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
