About You

We are looking for an experienced Bid/Submissions Coordinator who is passionate about producing high quality submissions and supporting collateral, such as capability statements, presentations, Team CVs and project sheets.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong writing skills. You will also need to confidently liaise with Directors and Senior Management to showcase your ability to multitask and prioritise work to meet deadlines. You will be working alongside our Marketing Manager to ensure our key communications and brand assets are up to date with our latest brand guidelines.

This role can be part or full time, depending on the applicant.

Current/recent Bid Coordinator experience and more than 1yr+ of InDesign experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate and create Tender Proposals and Fee Submissions, collaborating with the management team and contributors
• Contribute to the studio's public image, including managing digital media channels, and collateral, and maintaining relationships with industry partners
• Assist the management team and staff with project-related tasks, including formatting reports, imagery, and diagrams
• Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, inboxes, and deliveries
• Ensure smooth running of Submission and Business Development Activities (Bid Management), Communications, Administration and Project Support.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in copywriting and graphic design with a creative eye
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members
• Ability to manage competing demands and deadlines
• Degree in Arts, Design, Marketing, or other relevant fields, with contemporary knowledge of the architecture and design industry
