About the role

Join the dynamic team at Shipping Containers Australia as a full-time Retail Sales Representative based in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and driving sales of our industry-leading shipping container solutions. What you'll be doing

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and present our container sale and leasing offerings
• Generate sales by responding to inbound inquiries and outward calls
• Provide accurate and timely quotes, process orders, and manage the administrative aspects of the sales cycle
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and customer service
