Clinic Manager – The Greville Clinic

• $75,000 - $90,000 per annum + Superannuation + Commissions.
• Full time, permanent role. Tuesday – Saturday (flexibility with start & finish times).
• A purely staff management, client service & administration focussed role with the choice to additionally perform treatments if wanted.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Clinic Manager, you’ll be accountable for all aspects of the clinic’s performance, growth and operations. This includes supporting and enabling your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to every client, driving efficiencies to achieve results and creating a positive team environment.

You believe in leading by example and enjoy being hands on and contributing to your clinic’s results. You’ll also receive ongoing training and support to help achieve great results and foster a great team culture to be proud of. This position is based on our front reception desk and includes customer service and administration tasks. You’ll need to be highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

JOB DUTIES:

• Lead, coach and develop an energetic, eager and high-performing team.
• Achieve KPI targets which ensure our clients are receiving the amazing experience they deserve.
• Manage our front reception desk and be the point of contact for our clients face to face as well as via phone, email and social media.
• Conduct performance meetings with your team, helping them grow, learn and strive for results.
• Foster amazing relationships with your clients.
• Plan and drive operational and retail excellence.
• Recruit, induct and train new staff.
• Review performance data (financial, sales, and activity levels).
• Promote marketing campaigns and assist with social media.
• Upskilling team in specialist product knowledge.
• Rostering, reporting and day to day management of the clinic.
• If you have a dermal therapy background (advantageous), you will additionally be providing staff skills training sessions. There is also the option to provide some client treatments if you wish.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

• A minimum 3 years’ experience in managing and leading a team (ideally in a beauty/dermal environment).
• Proven ability to set, manage and meet KPI’s (both personal and team).
• A high level of administration and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Well-groomed and well-presented with excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly nature.
• A dermal or beauty degree and/or experience is a distinct advantage. You must have a keen interest and knowledge in beauty and injectables to apply for this role.
• Business Qualifications desirable.

JOB ROLE SPECIFICS

Remuneration: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) + Superannuation + Commissions.

Hours: Full time permanent role, Tuesday – Saturday.

Location: Shop 1/238 Toorak Rd., South Yarra VIC (nearby parking + easily accessible by public transport).
