We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Beauty and Aesthetics clinic looking for a Beauty Clinic Manager to lead their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who’s ready to take the next step - combining hands-on treatments with day-to-day clinic management.

As the Beauty Clinic Manager, you’ll play a key role in both the operational success of the clinic and delivering exceptional treatments to clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing the team, driving business growth, and ensuring a five-star client experience—while also performing advanced beauty and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Treatments – Perform a range of beauty and aesthetic treatments (e.g., facials, laser, injectables, or other services based on clinic offerings).
• Team Leadership – Motivate, train, and support a small team of therapists to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
• Clinic Operations – Oversee bookings, stock management, compliance, and general day-to-day running of the clinic.
• Client Experience – Maintain the highest standards of customer service, building long-term client relationships.
• Sales & Business Growth – Drive revenue through upselling treatments, memberships, and retail products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified beauty/aesthetics professional with experience in advanced treatments.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a beauty clinic, spa, or aesthetics setting.
• A strong mix of hands-on expertise and business acumen—you love working with clients but also understand the operational side of running a clinic.
• Passion for the industry and a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest beauty trends.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication and people skills.
