What we expect from Clinic Manager

• Team Leadership and Motivation: Provide clear guidance and performance expectations, encouraging the team to exceed individual and collective sales and treatment goals
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Implement effective performance metrics to monitor individual and clinic-wide sales performance
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and personalised experience that fosters loyalty.
• Front of House Assistance and Sales Closure: Be hands-on in assisting Front of House operations, including engaging with clients, answering queries, and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Process Adherence and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company processes, policies, and ethical standards
• Performing face and body treatments: Hands on with treatments and clients with industry-leading technology

About you

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A passionate beauty enthusiast who loves sharing knowledge
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills with solution orientated mindset
• Experience in management and / or sales (ideally in a beauty, clinic, retail, fitness, wellness, media or customer-facing role - preferred but not essential)
