About the role

  • Food preparation across a la carte menu and pizzeria
  • Working as part of a talented culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers
  • Demonstrating a commitment to food safety and hygiene practices
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with front-of-house staff
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years' experience as a Chef or Apprentice Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Strong practical cooking skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
